Is It A Good Idea To Have An Actual Brick-And-Mortar Location For An SEO/Marketing Agency?

By April

In episode 162 of our weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one viewer asked if it is a good idea to have an actual brick-and-mortar location for an SEO/Marketing agency.

The exact question was:

This is more of out of curiosity, but I noticed a local web design agency opened an office. I always thought SEO didn't really need that, and because of Outsource Kingpin I'm getting along fine. Do you guys think it's a good idea to have an actual brick-and-mortar location for an SEO/marketing agency? Would you (or have you done) it for SM, or your other agencies (BIg Bamboo, etc)?
