Should You Be Worried About Leaving Footprints For Google If You Keep All Your SEO Project Folders In Google Drive?

By April

In episode 215 of Semantic Mastery's weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one participant asked if one should be worried about leaving footprints for Google if one keeps all SEO project folders in Google Drive.

The exact question was:

When you are doing your research for the “”ELC Location Research”” spreadsheet (or gathering any research), are you saving each different iteration to your local personal “”GDrive””? I'm asking because that would seem to create a footprint and connect things together for BigG… Or is no big deal in creating folders in my GDrive for all my projects and keeping all the files/research in each folder?
