Do You Have The Contact Information For The Curation Suite And Super Social Engagement Support Teams?

In episode 203 of Semantic Mastery's weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one participant asked whether the team has any contact information for the support teams of Curation Suite and Super Social Engagement.

The exact question was:

I purchased Curation Suite and Super Social Engagement from YouBrand after your webinar with Scott Scanlon 2 years ago. I have emailed their support a week ago but have not had a reply. Do you have any contact information for them or have any advice for reaching them?

As of July we now need to apply for a Twitter Developer account to be approved to create new apps (which is needed to use Super Social Engagement on a new Twitter account).

When applying for a Twitter Developer account, would you suggest applying as a business or personal?
When asked what is the purpose of building the app- what is the best way to reply to that to be approved? Thanks.
