How Did You Use David Spraques’ REP Videos To Get More Clients?

By April

In Semantic Mastery's weekly Hump Day Hangouts episode 203, one viewer asked how the team used David Spraques' REP videos to get more clients.

The exact question was:

You mentioned in one of your training's that you used David Spraques rep videos to get your foot in the door with a lot of clients. He currently has a very similar product just much more updated version of that involving 30 Second High Converting AD commercials.

Can you please describe how you used REP videos to get your foot in the door with clients before as I can probably use that same information with this new product that essentially does the same thing just better.

I feel offering a free ranking is plaid out now a days as people have abused that and most of the time business owners are more tied into results. I'd love to get your feedback on your prior experience to get your foot in the door w some clients. Thanks!

How Do You Convince Video Email Prospects Who Are More Interested In Doing Business Offline?

By April

In episode 175 of our weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one viewer asked how to convince video email prospects who are more interested in doing business offline.

The exact question was:

Hey guys, it's time for another episode of ‘keeping up with my video email leads.”” I'm talking to 2 people in real estate sub-niches: commercial and luxury. They're being pretty stubborn:

The commercial guy insists that his customers wouldn't come through the site and that everything happens offline. This obviously isn't true because the 2 most relevant keywords get like 2000 local searches a month, which shows that buyers are looking online.

The luxury gal insists that she's been in the game so long that everyone in the local market knows her. I'm assuming that's true, but even so, how does that explain the few hundred monthly searches for luxury realtors? I pointed this out in the video, and she acknowledged it, but she still ain't convinced.

I would give them what-for, but I've been here before and I played myself by giving them the impression that I think I know their industry more than they do. How do I get through to these guys without sending that impression?

What Is The Appropriate Way To Answer A Client That Asks About Your Goals Even If It’s Mentioned In The Video?

By April

In episode 173 of Semantic Mastery's weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one viewer asked about the appropriate way to answer a client about your goals even if it's mentioned in the video.

The exact question was:

When I phone someone who opened my video email but never clicked, I tell them to watch it. They say yes, but they also ask what I want or what my goal is. I say I want them to watch the video, but they know I want more than that. What's the best way to answer this?

What’s The Best Way To Tell Your Prospect That You’re Offering Their Competitor The Same Deal?

By April

In episode 173 of our weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one participant asked about the best way to tell your prospect that you're offering their competitor the same deal.

The exact question was:

what's the best way to let a prospect know that I'm talking to multiple people and I'm only choosing one? Do I just put it bluntly, “”you either accept this price or I go to your competitor?”” Here's what happened: I might be able to sell one guy on Thursday after a few weeks of correspondence, but the day after I'm talking to his competitor and I want to see what comes of that. In the event that the Thursday guy agrees, how can I tell him I'm also waiting for the Friday guy? The Friday seems like the better client, but the Thursday guy is at a later stage of the selling process. I don't want the Thursday guy to get offended if I say I have to wait till the other guy makes his offer. Can I have my cake and eat it too?

How Long Should You Wait Before Calling People Who Watched The Video From Your Video Emails?

By April

In the 168th episode of Semantic Mastery's weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one participant asked how long you should wait before calling people who watched the video from the video emails you sent.

The exact question was:

Hey guys, I'm starting to use video emails, and some emails are read and clicked on very fast. BB says to call as soon as they watch the video, but wouldn't it be weird to them if I called 15 minutes after sending the email in the first place?
