Q: In light of what has happened to business confidence due to the pandemic, what would you do differently in your agency business once the economy starts back up and Consumer Confidence goes back to normal? This can almost be viewed as a sorta reset. (To clarify, maybe it’s not buyers confidence in agencies per se, but buyers confidence in themselves and their ability to make good buying decisions.)
