In episode 188 of the weekly Hump Day Hangouts by Semantic Mastery, one viewer asked about the importance of optimizing images if one can't see the results.
The exact question was:
Question about Photos.
I optimized an image with a title,tags,description,geotag on my computer.
and saved it.
Then added it to my GMB photo album.
When I look at the “”details”” of the picture in my GMB dashboard I don't see the optimisation that I put in my image. All I see is is the size of the image.
So I go to search Google for my map listing go to Photos and click on that optimzed image.
There is no “”details””.
My question: Why is it important to take the time to optimise images if I can't see the result?
